| So many people
have contacted me to ask if I'm still out here and why hasn't there
been any updates in 3 years? The thing is, I built a new house for us, mostly did everything by myself, being a DIY kind of guy. We moved in about a year ago, and there's been a lot of finishing to be done, inside & outside. During the process, I got exhausted, and lost my inspiration towards any kind of handiwork, be it working on cars or house. I also found a new hobby, as my wife bought me a guitar for my 40th birthday, a cheap Stratocaster clone. I've spent a lot of time learning to play it. My Buick has been sitting still since summer 2005, with no progress whatsoever. Anyway, last fall I started visiting the garages of fellow car nuts, trying to get that "spark" again. I also activated myself on the teambuick.com S-8 performance forum. I still haven't found that spark or motivation, but I can feel it coming.... |
